Captaincy and leadership plays an important role in the game and we are striving to create a culture for our leaders to flourish, giving them responsibility to make key decisions regarding tactical and psychological aspects of the game.

Our expert coaches will work closely with them throughout the season facilitating their development as leaders, and we hope one day that some of our captains in this cohort lead out our adult sides in the years to come.
