The new opening partnership of Raheem and Henrik produced 39 before Henrik departed for 13. Dan joined Raheem and they both batted very sensibly before Dan fell for 34 off 26 and then Raheem for a rock solid 38. Noah (21 NO)) and Adam (14) gave it a late biff with Didsbury finishing on 134-5 which was about par against this attack. Stockport Trinitys openers looked threatening and started well but after they were finally winkled out by Dan and Henrik, with the exception of the excellent Katie Nichol Stockport struggled to break the joint shackles of tight bowling and sharp fielding and wickets fell steadily. Everyone got a bowl and everyone did a job for the team in one way or another. And that's the joy of the current crop of juniors (across all age groups, girls and boys); we are consistently putting out teams which have 11 talented players who look like they are enjoying the game and giving it their all. Well done!
