Strengths

Batting: Gutsy, decent cover drive.
Fielding: Excellent throwing alignment/power, good catching technique/strong hands
Loves the game, hits 75% training attendance, good bloke.

Barriers
Batting: Doesn't unweight the bat, doesn't align to off-stump (head/feet/hands in a line) on contact.
Tactical: Lacks awareness, including field setting and planning.

Development Opportunities
Batting: Volume of balls, laying a batting foundation. Enjoy batting for longer.
Bowling: Continue to explore accuracy and pace.
Tactical: Explore setting fields for different parts of the game.
